By purchasing from us, the customer understands that no refunds or exchanges are accepted.
All denim is made to order and the processing time outlined on the product page applies after a purchase is made.
The customer agrees that the correct size has been selected. If the jeans do not fit upon arrival, we accept no responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have referred to the size guide and asked any queries on sizing prior to purchase. The customer is encouraged to ask any questions on sizing.

By purchasing from us, the customer understands that all denim is vintage and the colour of the denim wash will vary slightly from pair to pair. The customer understands that the picture is shown as reference, and the colour of the denim received may be lighter or darker in certain areas, due to natural wear. Each product will state the denim wash range in the description. It is not possible to request a specific wash and the customer understands that any request for a specific denim wash will not necessarily be fulfilled. 

By purchasing from us, the customer understands that due to the nature of vintage items, all items have been within the clothing system for a number of years and are therefore not new. All denim is sourced and re-worked by us from Levi and is not sold by us as new. Due to the nature of these items, it is possible for garments to include minor signs of wear or imperfections. This can include a variety of minor details such as small stains, small parts of distressing often around seams, wear or removal of the leather Levi label and various other minor signs.

By purchasing a pre-order item, the customer understands the 10 week period which they are agreeing to for their item to be sourced. Once the item is available, it will processed then dispatched as soon as possible. The customer understands that before this 10 week period expires, they are not allowed to cancel or modify their order. No refunds will be processed during this time frame.

The customer understands that if a pre-order item is purchased within the same order as an available item, they will be dispatched separately if based within the UK. If based outside the UK, the order will be dispatched together once all items are available.


If a customer wishes to cancel an order placed, this request must be made via email or social media direct message within 30 minutes of ordering. Any requests made after this time frame may not be accepted and the order will be processed.


If a return is agreed in accordance to the customers purchasing rights, garments will have to be returned in the same condition as sent. This includes all labels being in tact, return labels and no product being tampered with and the garment being clean and scent free. If any of the following do not comply, the return can be refused or an additional fee may be offered to correct any of these interferences. The customer understands the returns information before sending a garment back.
